Tending Grief:

SIGN UP TODAY »

A 4 Week Workshop With Alex Hewett

Grief and loss are inherent in living. We all experience it, in ways big and small. Yet grief is unique and individual.

This thoughtful and poignant workshop, curated by Alex Hewett, is an invitation to explore your embodied experience(s) of grief through reflection, breath work, writing and sharing your writing with the group.

Each participant will craft a non fiction essay on grief. Over the course of the workshop, participants will write, revise and workshop their piece with fellow participants. This is a positive space, only affirming feedback may be offered.

Martha will open sacred space for the session. She’lll speak on how grief impacts the physiological and energetic well-being of the bodymind. Martha will also teach you how to anoint specific Acu points with essential oil to support and steady yourself as you wander the realms of grief.
